Energy Management

The Hotchkiss School is an independent boarding school located in Lakeville, Connecticut for students in grades 9 through 12. The Hotchkiss School strives to develop in students a lifelong love of learning, responsible citizenship, and personal integrity. Encompassing over 800 acres, the Hotchkiss campus is noted for its beauty.

The Stone House Group (SHG) began working with Hotchkiss in 2002 with the development of a Utility Master Plan (UMP) for the School. Since then, Hotchkiss and The Stone House Group have worked closely on over 20 projects, including commissioning, retro-commissioning, a facilities condition assessment, sustainable design consulting, and climate action planning.
