Rye Presbyterian Church is located in Rye, New York. Stemming from the creation of the Rye Parish in 1660, the current Gothic-style building was constructed in 1870 as envisioned by renowned church architect Richard Upjohn. Two later additions were implemented by his son and grandson. The Church’s facilities serve over 600 households in the suburban community of Rye and annually enroll over 300 children in both their Sunday school and weekday nursery school.
The Stone House Group (SHG) was contracted to provide Master Planning services for the proposed 12,000 GSF addition to the Church. SHG created Facilities Cycle Maintenance Plans to evaluate the priorities and costs of facilities renewal and replacement.
